The best day of your life requires the best planning and execution possible. I offer multiple packages from day-of coordination to full planning and design that can work with a variety of budgets.



I love working with couples who have intimate gatherings to celebrate their commitment to each other. These celebrations tend to be smaller in size and have shorter planning timelines, so I am able to do these at a lower price than a traditional wedding.

Parties & Gatherings

I am the strongest advocate for marking milestones with a shared meal or drink. Whatever you are celebrating, I want to be a part of it. Especially if champagne is involved.

Coming from previous corporate event planning roles, I have worked on a variety of events including conferences, galas, meetings and workshops. I love being on brand so much, I’ll even match the color of my project binder to your logo.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How far in advance do clients book your services?

A: It depends on the type and scale of your event. Weddings and conferences can take a year or more to plan from start to finish, while a small dinner party could be organized in less than a couple weeks. However, if you are ready to make decisions then an event can come together quite quickly. I’ve helped a client plan their wedding in less than 3 months because they knew what they wanted and were ready to get things done! Reach out to me even if you think it’s too last minute, we might be able to work something out.

Q: What kind of budget do I need to have to work with you?

A: I can structure my services to work with a variety of budgets. For example, even if I am not able to help you with in-person coordination, I may be able to consult with you via phone or Skype on the challenges you are having planning your event. Contact me to discuss your budget and needs.

Q: Do you limit the amount of meetings we can have?

A: I don’t limit them. Every client has a different comfort level with how they communicate, whether that’s via email, conference call or in person. I’ll do what it takes to make you feel confident in your planning.

Q: Do you plan events outside of Seattle? For example, a destination wedding?

A: An enthusiastic YES! One of the most important elements of an event is the venue and that could be anywhere in the world that is special to you. I also planned my own wedding in Bratislava, Slovakia so I know first-hand the challenges of planning destination events and would be happy to lend my expertise in that area.
